About Marc-Antoine

Marc-Antoine français french Berlin Paris Barcelone

Always having a flare for creativity, Marc-Antoine first focused on his passion for photography. At the age of 18, he gained his CAP photography qualification. It soon became clear that his desire and talent to bring people together with their images was already there ...

A few years later, during a shoot in Kenya, the young man from Strasbourg discovered hairdressing. The skillful work that was being carried out before his eyes by the team fascinated him.

Thus, Marc-Antoine decided to direct his photo-shoots by combining his expertise in photography with the preparation of its models. He therefore decided to train in hairdressing. It was love at first sight: Marc-Antoine takes pride in handling the comb and scissors, and also specializes in colour.

After few years working first at colourist’s Montecino then at Franck Provost, Marc-Antoine joined a makeover agency. One of the highlights of his work during his time at this agency is the attention to the psychological aspect of hairstyling, and makeovers in general.

Marc-Antoine pays close attention to make incredibly accurate diagnoses according to each client’s physical features including face shape, eye colour and hair.

With this invaluable experience, he created a new concept: "a salon in a lounge". This would be to create a warm and friendly space. First in Paris, then to Berlin and Barcelone. It puts into practice everything he has learned during his career so far and returns to his core human values: consideration for the client, and thus spending quality time with them, being able to provide a personalised hairstyle which incorporates a complete understanding between Marc-Antoine and his client… all for an affordable price.

After few years Marc-Antoine decided to open his own HairStudio Gallery. Not only will he offer the same personalized moment in a cosy environment to his clients but also select artists from all over the world who would display their pieces in the Studio.

The success of this concept is down to the cocktail served by Marc-Antoine: a mix between technical mastery, creativity and a considerable, genuine approach to the client.
